Please make sure somebody is available to receive your delivery. Redeliveries inevitably delay the time it takes for you to receive your order.  The following areas/postcodes, are subject to a quote for delivery - Eire, BT, GY, HS, IV , JE, KW, PA 41 to 88, PO30 to 41, PH 27 to 50, TR21-25 and ZE.  Please contact us on 01892 600121.

Can I telephone you?

Yes, our target response time is 2hrs during working hours (08:30hrs to 17:00hrs Mon – Fri, excl Public Holidays).

All Emails to info@epicair.co.uk received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be answered by 12am on the next working day. Alternatively you can call us, for general enquiries Epicair 01892 600121.

Are all items in stock?

Most items listed are held as stock although some may be held in mainland Europe so we'd advise allowing 5 - 7 working days for delivery.

How do I track my order?

We will inform you at each stage of your order and send an Email to keep you informed. 

Once the order has been despatched we will send you details explaining how to track the order through our couriers website.

What is the warranty period?

The manufacturer's warranty varies from 2yrs to 10yrs. Please see the individual product description for details.
